May Charlotte Amelia Stone was the fourth child of James Henry Stone & Emily Ellen Young born April 13th, 1880 at Stourbridge, Worcs.
In 1881 May & her parents were living at Park St, Stourbridge. She had an older sister & 2 brothers.
The family were living at 100 High St, Stourbridge in 1891.
In 1901 May was still at home with her parents at 69 Worcester St, Stourbridge.
May married William Oakley in April-June 1907 at Nottingham. William was born Jan-March 1876 at Leicester, the son of Henrietta Coleman & Stephen Oakley, a bread baker.
In 1911 May & William were living at Hazeldene, Somerville Rd, Leicester & William was a leather agent. They had no family at this time.
William died in April-June 1960 at Kidderminster, Worcs.
May died in Oct-December 1970 at Kidderminster, Worcs.
